Apply for land information memorandum (LIM)
To obtain a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) report from the Council you must complete the application form.
If you're considering selling or buying a property, remember it may take up to 10 working days to receive your LIM.
During the Christmas / New Year holiday period work will continue on processing LIMs, although delivery timeframes may be impacted. This is because the days from 20 December to 10 January are not counted as working days in the related legislation, the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
