Cemetery enquiries and bookings
For all enquiries regarding cemeteries, contact Customer Services or email [email protected].
Making a booking
Please submit your booking request by completing either:
- The Online cemetery interment form (you will automatically be emailed a copy of your submission, once you have successfully submitted the form.
- Emailing us a completed copy of the cemetery interment form[PDF 231 KB]
All bookings are processed and approved by Council during working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
For any queries regarding the plot, contact Customer Services or email [email protected]. To confirm a booking, we need all documentation at least 24 hours before casket burials and ash interments.
Interment service times
Burial and ashes services are held:
- Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm
- Saturday, 9am–1pm
Special arrangements can be made outside these hours and for weekends and public holidays, but additional costs apply.

Regulations
All burials and ash interments are carried out in accordance with the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 and Council's Cemetery Bylaw 2016.
