This weeks's round up from across the district – Everything Kāpiti

What a weekend! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Waterworld at Coastlands Aquatic Centre – we had more than 1,100 people through the doors! It was great to see so many smiling faces enjoying the inflatable fun, and a special shout-out to Suzy Cato for bringing the magic to our Paraparaumu Library with her stories and songs last Thursday. 

A quick reminder that it’s time to register your dog if you haven’t already – 1 August is the deadline. Registering your pup helps us reunite lost dogs with their whānau faster and keeps our community safe. You can take care of it online, by phone, or in person at any of our service centres. 1 August is also when nominations for local elections are due, so if you’re thinking of standing come to one of our Candidate Information Sessions this Saturday.
