What's new this week – Everything Kāpiti

Last chance to cast your local elections vote!

This Saturday, 12 noon sharp, is the last chance to cast your vote in the Kāpiti Coast local elections! You can no longer post your vote, so you'll need to pop them into a ballot box at our libraries, service centres or mobile voting van.

Election results will be released in three stages:

• Progress results – released after 3pm, Saturday 11 October and reflecting about 90% of votes received before election day but no special votes.
• Preliminary results – released on Sunday 12 October, reflecting about 95% of votes but no special votes.
• Final results – the final confirmed results of all votes are expected to be released on Friday 17 October.

Results are not final until the final results are announced. All results will be uploaded to our website.
