Following our recent greenhouse gas (GHG) supplier survey, please join us for a short workshop (2 hours) to discuss emissions reporting and options to reduce emissions across our capital works programme.

The session will outline:

• why and how councils around the country are working to reduce emissions across their supply chains
• our approach to measuring and reducing emissions across supply chains and capital works programmes
• how this approach could affect our procurement process, and what the opportunities are for your organisation
• a discussion regarding viable ways to reduce emissions across Council’s capital works programme.

We've made significant progress reducing our operational emissions and are keen to work with suppliers to continue this journey. We're committed to working with you to report on supply chain emissions by 2027 onwards.

We encourage you to attend regardless of your organisation’s current experience with GHG reporting.
