Apply for a deemed permitted boundary activity notice

Certain infringements on boundaries may not have to go through a standard resource consent application. You must still apply for these 'boundary activities' to be treated as a permitted activity.

Apply for an extension of the lapse period

If you can't meet the consent conditions by the lapse date, you can apply to extend it. You must apply well in advance. Also check the consent conditions for any specific timeframes.
