Last week central government decided to defer amalgamation decisions until after the election. Despite the uncertainty we now face, we’re continuing to develop our next Long-term Plan. Thank you to everyone who had their say on our proposed priorities and planning principles – your feedback has given us a clearer picture of what matters to people.

This week we’re seeking your feedback on a Direction of Travel document that will help shape our Environment Strategy and have lots of other activities for you to get involved in - from the Electrify Kāpiti Expo and Seniors' October events to school holiday fun at our pools and libraries.
