Notes
Existing tenants, will be notified of any rent increase, as per above schedule, by way of a 60 day-notice. Increased rent is effective from the date advised in the notification. Note that as per the
Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (RTA) legislation, these tenants will not have an increase within 12 months of the commencement of their tenancy.
New tenants joining the programme from 1 July 2022 – rent is charged as per the above schedule, and is effective immediately.
