Cycleway, Walkway and Bridleway Advisory Group

The Kāpiti Cycleway, Walkway and Bridleway (CWB) Advisory Group is a voluntary group who work to extend the CWB network and improve our cycling, walking, horse-riding and other outdoor experiences on the Kāpiti coast.

Our district is known for the range of ways you can explore the outdoors. The advisory group advises Council on issues and opportunities in Kāpiti to enhance the CWB network.

Two cyclists on the Kāpiti Expressway shared pathway with vehicles on the Expressway in the background.

The advisory group updated their Terms of Reference [PDF 1 MB] in August 2023. These outline the group’s objectives, structure and scope, and give guidelines for decision-making.
